The first quarter Libra Moon runs a difficult gauntlet today, making first a square to the Sun, then a square to Saturn, starting the day on an awkward and downcast note. After lunch the Moon approaches a square with Pluto, inciting power struggles and challenges to authority.
The Sun is making her annual opposition to sad-sack Saturn today. The Sun represents our life-force, our vitality. Saturn represents limitation and boundaries. You may feel blocked, listless, unable to move forward. I know I’ve had a heck of a time writing this post today!
The Sun also represents kings, leaders, those in high positions. Saturn can bring their downfall. Interesting to see the news about Epstein brought low. He is a man who clearly believes himself to be a lord of sorts who counts presidents and princes among his many pals and who lords his power over others in heinous ways.
The Sun is also moving into a flowing trine with watery Neptune. This aspect can cause one to feel tired, day-dreamy and uninterested in work, but wonderfully creative as well.
On the one hand, Saturn is setting boundaries and on the other, Neptune is washing them away. Existential confusion can result. Watch for deception and lies from the afore-mentioned higher-ups (as if that was anything new, right?)
