The waning gibbous Moon enters steady Taurus this morning at 6:31 EDT, bringing us a quiet and pleasant day for the most part as she keeps to herself.
But by the end of the workday, the placid Moon is electrified by her monthly conjunction with Uranus. Your evening may be disrupted by unexpected events, premonitions, or by free-floating excitement or anxiety. This edginess will fade as the night comes on.
The Moon’s time in Taurus is likely to feel more pleasant than usual (other than the brief Uranian cattle-prod effect) because Taurus-ruler Venus is happily inhabiting her other home of Libra. Her contentment permeates the pastures of Taurus.
When the Moon is in Taurus, we are motivated by our need for security and comfort. While Venus is in Libra, there is more of a social component to this need. Spend some time making your surroundings as relaxing and beautiful as possible, then have a few close friends over for an evening of good food, laughter, and conversation.
