Yet another rabbit hole!

Hi there!

Welcome to my blog. I post daily (more or less) forecasts of the general astrological weather and weekly horoscopes by rising sign. Occasionally I post more in-depth articles about longer term planetary transits.

For the next several days, all the planets in Virgo - Venus, Sun, Mercury, Mars - will one-by-one oppose nebulous Neptune in Pisces, suggesting tension in close relationships and an inability to understand the other. Virgo is so mired in the practical while Pisces is so NOT.

Today it’s Venus’ turn. Venus, who usually is all about bringing people together, wants to resolve partnership troubles by talking over at great length some nit-picking details. Neptune, on the other hand, casts an obscuring and confusing fog over the whole conversation.

With Virgo-ruler Mercury still so near Mars, today is not the best day to have those discussions. Tempers can easily flare.

If it can wait, Thursday morning could be a better time to talk. Mercury receives stabilizing support from Saturn then and is not yet completely in Neptune’s thrall. You can marshal your thoughts more easily, but will still need to mind that tendency toward criticism. Be kind.

The waxing crescent Moon moves today through the last decan (final ten degrees) of Mars-ruled Scorpio. Luna had positive interactions with Venus and Neptune in the wee hours after midnight, maybe prompting some late-night cuddling followed by sweet dreams? The Moon receives positive support from Pluto as the Sun comes up, bringing a deep sense of empowerment.

This week we have two more all-day void moon sessions. Today the Moon goes void-of-course at 6:58 AM EDT and will drift unaspected until entering Sagittarius tonight at 11:08 PM EDT.

Today’s void Moon is another reason to hold off on serious conversations, as that which occurs during void moon time will likely not turn out as expected.
